Vinyasa Yoga

This gentle yoga flow incorporates relaxation and stretching with controlled precise yoga postures aimed towards realigning body, mind and spirit. Coordinated breathing and physical movement are geared at improving strength, flexibility, and body alignment.

Mid-day Yoga Flow

This mid-day class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated. Incorporating a quick 30 minute yoga session can calibrate and reset your entire day. Coordinated breathing and physical movement are geared at improving focus, concentration and energy.

Wind-down Flow

This evening class is focuses on quieting the mind and relaxing the body to encourage better sleep.  The 30 minute class incorporates breathing, physical movement and relaxing asanas.
